I trained as a nurse within North Essex Partnership Foundation Trust and worked as a registered Nurse in different settings. As a trendsetter and innovator, I have worked in a variety of connected leadership roles within the public and private sectors for over 15 years. I have had considerable previous experience being deeply involved in public health initiatives, including NHS engagement. my motto is ‘nothing is impossible -when one puts their heart into something they believe in’.

Jane Neil - Head of Operations
I am an experienced Senior Manager with 36 years of varied experience in the healthcare sector, developing and leading growth, changing operational performances to ensure provision is of best quality. I am a highly focused individual with a successful and consistent track record of developing and project managing services for adults, children and young people with learning disabilities and/or autism, mental health diagnosis and those with complex needs. Being passionate and driving a culture of putting the people we support and their families in centre of everything we do, providing real person-centred support, working together to achieve a life that each individual desires, whatever their disabilities, is what I aim to achieve every day.

Lisa Brown – Registered Manager
I am an experienced Registered Manager with 26 years of on-going experience across the care sector. I have worked closely with clients, families and all stakeholders alike, ensuring everyone we support receives the best support at all times. I pride myself on developing the staff teams I manage to be the best, whilst working in a co-productive and person-centered way. I continuously work towards our 5 core values, ensuring I am the best role model. I strive to continuously improve my knowledge working with our regulated body CQC, to ensure that Ace24 always provide best practice and give quality assurance. I believe that happy teams equal happy clients and families.

Archie Dube – Service Manager
I am a highly motivated and hardworking service manager who has 17 years of experience with a proven track record in managing, building and developing teams and complaints resolution, using my person-centred attributes, along with having great interpersonal skills. My personal core values include those of Ace24 and taking pride in my job role with a real passion. I work closely with our clients, their families and commissioners alike, always doing my upmost to fulfil requirements where possible and provide the right staff, at the right time in somewhat’ complex situations. I pride myself on building honest and transparent relationships, working in partnership with those individuals we have the pleasure to work with and support. I believe working as a team can build the best structure and further develop best practice, across all aspects of the caring industry.
